Molly is top notch, she makes it easy and enjoyable from start to finish. She knows how to present a house and has a deep understanding of all current market conditions. Compare her house photos to others and you will see right away that she means business. She's responsive through the whole process and leads every step of the way. She has an excellent working relationship with contractors from all trades so if you need something handled in a hurry you don't have to worry about shopping around. I can't recommend her enough, we've used her to buy a house and most recently sell and both experiences were exceptional.

I purchased a Carmel, IN home in 2015 as my primary residence with help from Molly's team, then turned to Molly again in late 2021 when preparing to sell the home - a necessity given our relocation. Asking Molly to work with us again was indispensable to making the sale a success. I never lacked confidence in the quality of the home and that it deserved a new and committed owner, but I was certainly apprehensive about the way the home presented itself. It was well maintained but had only a few updates, and not many new or stylish features. During negotiations with the buyers, Molly looked out for our best interests and kept the sale moving forward. Since I had already relocated out of state, Molly put in the work to check on the home each week and evaluate whether any repairs were needed as part of the inspection response. Molly's hard work kept us on track for our preferred closing date and ensured that the deal got done.

Molly cared very much about making the home sale process easier and more positive for us. I always knew exactly where the deal stood, as she and her team were immediate in communicating with us both while the home was on market and while under contract.
